Searching for a living donor is hard — especially when asking for help feels heavy. I know that feeling.
Wearing My Truth exists to make those conversations easier. Built on the belief that asking is strength and awareness creates action, each piece helps you share your story and invite connection — without having to say a word.
Every piece from Wearing My Truth is created with intention — for liver and kidney transplant patients, those searching for a living donor, and the people who support them.
These designs aren’t just about awareness. They’re about visibility, conversation, and connection.
When you wear your truth, you’re sharing your story in a way that invites understanding and opens the door to life-changing conversations. Because sometimes, one moment of awareness is all it takes.

Can a T-shirt save a life? Maybe not on its own.
But it can start the conversation that leads to one.
Wearing your truth invites curiosity, questions, and connection. It gives people permission to ask — and gives you the space to share your story on your terms.
And sometimes, that moment of connection reaches the one person who can change everything.

Each T-shirt features a scannable QR code on the back that links directly to trusted living donation resources through the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS).
It removes the awkwardness of explaining something complex on the spot — and replaces it with clarity, accuracy, and credibility.
Because when someone is curious enough to ask, you deserve a tool that helps you share your truth clearly, confidently, and in the moment.

I didn’t create Wearing My Truth to sell shirts.
I created it because I remember how lonely, overwhelming, and vulnerable this journey can feel — especially when you need help and don’t know how to ask for it.
Living with PSC, facing liver failure, and ultimately receiving a transplant changed the way I move through the world. It taught me that survival often depends on connection — on conversations that feel uncomfortable at first, but life-changing once they happen.
Wearing My Truth exists to make those conversations easier.
Every piece is designed to help someone share their story without having to explain everything out loud. To turn curiosity into understanding. And to remind both the wearer and the viewer that behind every diagnosis, scar, and milestone is a real person still choosing hope.
If even one shirt helps someone feel seen, supported, or brave enough to ask for help — then this work matters.
That’s my why.
And that’s the truth I choose to wear.
